An already-loaded hosted form can queue responses in the same browser when Offline Mode is enabled. Queued responses are retried when connectivity returns; the form must first be opened while online.

The Responses view exports CSV. Open that CSV in Excel or convert it to an XLSX workbook using CSV to Excel. Comet Forms does not directly export an XLSX response workbook.

The HTML export runs independently and downloads answers locally as JSON. It does not publish a hosted form or send responses to your Comet Forms account. Use a published form link for cloud response collection.

No. A hosted form must first be loaded while online. When Offline Mode is enabled, responses from an already-loaded form can be queued in that browser and retried after connectivity returns. This is not an installed offline app.

Enable Save & Resume for a saved form. The respondent’s answers are stored in the same browser and can be restored there. Clearing browser storage or switching devices removes that local continuity.

There is no subscription quota enforced by the form-builder code. Hosted storage, browser capacity and network availability still impose practical limits; an owner can also configure a response limit.
